Neighbour complains about my dog barking. What can I say?
A neighbour knocked on my door because my dog barks when the delivery rider comes. I felt embarrassed, and I'm worried about getting an official complaint to the juristic. How do I talk to the neighbour, and what can I do to reduce the barking?

Apologise sincerely and thank them for telling you in person. Offer to keep her calmer, and give them a way to message you. Most neighbours soften with a friendly word and a small snack from your travels. The next day you might leave a short, friendly note, thanking them for their patience. A little kindness goes a long way in a condo building.
HelpfulWindow film can stop her seeing triggers. Also remember that exercise and mental games reduce barking. If the barking happens when you are away, check with a camera what triggers it, since the answer might be different than you think.
HelpfulTeach her a quiet cue. Reward her when she stops barking at the door. A treat jar by the door helps. Put a mat for her to lie on when the bell rings. It can take a couple of weeks, so be consistent, and you will see a drop in barking at the delivery rider and any doorbell.
