Seen: young brown dog near Black Mountain

I saw a young brown and black dog wandering on the road of Soi 112 near Black Mountain on Thursday evening. He looked tired and had a long leash dragging behind him, so he was definitely a pet that got loose. He did not respond when I called, but walked quietly on the pavement and avoided cars.
