Found: small black dog in red coat, Khao Takiab

A small black dog wearing a little red coat was running along Khao Takiab beach this morning, dragging a broken leash. He is a terrier-type with a bushy beard and bright eyes, and he is very friendly but tired. I gave him water, and he is now resting at my beach cafe. He has a collar but no tag. A vet visit is planned later today to check for a microchip, but I would love for the owner to see this first. Please message me on Wagdee, and tell me his name and what he looks like.
