Seen: golden dog running alone on Kata Beach

Early this morning I saw a golden-ginger dog running along the water at Kata Beach, near the southern end. She had a harness but no leash and kept looking back as if searching for someone. She was healthy and friendly and loved splashing in the waves, but she did not stay with anyone. I tried to approach her, but she kept running. I suspect she escaped from a hotel or villa nearby.
