Seen: small thin dog near Hat Yai Municipal Park

I saw a small tan and dark dog walking alone along the pavement outside Hat Yai Municipal Park around 6 pm on Sunday. He looked thin and a bit lost, wore a brown collar and kept looking at every passer-by. He did not look like a typical soi dog. I tried to get closer, but he moved away, so I did not want to scare him. If you are missing a small dog like this, please message me through Wagdee. I will go back tomorrow evening with food and water.
