Kimpton Kitalay Samui welcomes pets of any size, weight, or breed with no additional pet fees, allowing up to two pets per room. Pets must be kept on a leash, in a stroller, or in a carrier when moving around public spaces, and are expected to be well-behaved and potty-trained.

Kimpton Kitalay Samui is a five-star beachfront resort on Choeng Mon Beach, shaped as a village-like coastal enclave with contemporary design, traditional Thai motifs and reclaimed fishing-boat wood. Its 138 rooms, suites and villas include accommodation from nearly 60 square metres, while selected villas add private plunge pools, daybeds and Gulf of Thailand views.

The fine-sand cove, 1,500 square metres of pool space and Olympic-sized infinity pool establish the resort’s outdoor rhythm. Kitavaree Spa & Wellness complements the beach setting with organic-ingredient treatments, while the 24-hour fitness offering includes yoga and Thai boxing. Complimentary beach kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, designer bicycles, a daily morning coffee-and-tea service and an evening Social Hour add to the stay.

JUNIO Kids’ Club is a 500-square-metre split-level creative play space centred on a large ship installation, with games and scheduled activities. Dining spans FishHouse Restaurant & Bar for seafood, prime cuts and an open kitchen; Boho Thai Lifestyle Café for Thai and Western all-day dishes; HOM Baking Company for coffee, pastries and gelato; SHIO for contemporary Japanese dining and sushi; and SHADES for poolside drinks and frozen treats. FishHouse includes the seaside Ocean Living Room, while Boho hosts cooking and flower-arranging classes.

Pets stay in rooms, suites and villas without a pet charge, with pet strollers, toys, grooming kits, a pet concierge, a dedicated pet path and a designated pet toilet area. Outdoor dining areas at Boho welcome pets, and the resort’s policy also identifies designated pet areas across its grounds.

Luxury accommodation has been listed from THB 21,177 per night. At the resort’s dining venues, a Boho set dinner is THB 900++ per person, a FishHouse set lunch is THB 900++ per person, Sizzle & Spice BBQ and Mediterrasian Beach BBQ are THB 399++ per person, and HOM’s Golden Hour Coffee Set is THB 190++. Romantic Beachside Dining starts at THB 10,900++ for two. Food and beverage prices carry a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Getting there

From Samui International Airport, follow Sanam Bin (Airport) Road to Chaweng–Choengmon Road, continue as it becomes Tongsai Road, then turn right after Bank of Ayudhya’s Choeng Mon Beach branch. The resort stands on the right at 10/79 Moo 5, Bophut. The drive takes about 15 minutes.
