Cat Castle functions as a dedicated accommodation and care facility designed exclusively for cats, offering a calm and secure environment away from busier roads. The premises feature well-equipped air-conditioned boarding rooms categorized by size to accommodate individual pets or multi-cat households comfortably, decorated with clean interiors and quality furnishings comparable to clinical standards. A specialized indoor cat playground equipped with toys and climbing structures provides supervised recreational space for guests.

In addition to overnight boarding, the establishment offers professional bathing and grooming services handled by experienced staff. The venue maintains a strictly cat-only environment to ensure that feline guests remain relaxed and free from encounters with dogs or other animals during their stay.

Boarding prices vary by room size and occupancy, starting at 250 THB for a small room housing one cat, up to 300 THB for two cats. Medium rooms range from 350 THB for one cat to 400 THB for two to three cats. Large rooms cost 400 THB for one cat and up to 450 THB for two to five cats. Extra-large rooms accommodating up to ten cats are priced at 700 THB. Access to the cat playground is charged separately at 50 THB per hour.

The facility is located in the Pa Daet subdistrict of Chiang Mai, situated within the Amon Niwet Village area off the Chiang Mai-Hang Dong Road.
