Trail and Tail is a comprehensive, pet-friendly community space spanning approximately 6,400 square metres in the heart of Bangkok's Sukhumvit area. Built on a former family estate, it serves as an urban sanctuary designed specifically for pets and their owners. The facility features expansive outdoor green spaces with real grass, a secure double-entry gate system, a sensory herb garden, and a saltwater swimming pool measuring 4 by 10 metres. In addition to open-air recreational zones, the complex houses an indoor play area known as Happy Hall for smaller dogs, a dog hotel providing short-stay and overnight boarding with round-the-clock supervision, and professional dog training services. Visitors can also access wellness and grooming services through the on-site pet wellness center and pet shop, alongside dining options such as the Tea Factory and More café.

Pricing varies across the different facilities and services provided within the complex:

• Dog Park: 250 THB per day on weekdays; 300 THB per day on weekends and public holidays.
• Happy Hall (Small Dogs): 390 THB for 3 hours per dog with up to 2 owners. Additional persons cost 100 THB per 3 hours, and additional hours cost 100 THB per hour.
• Daycare: Ranges from 450 THB for a half day (Size S) up to 1,200 THB for a full day (Size L).
• Overnight Boarding (Dog Hotel): Starts from 1,050 THB per night for Size S rooms up to larger accommodations.
• Swimming Pool: Weekday sessions range from 650 THB to 1,450 THB depending on dog size; weekend sessions range from 850 THB to 1,650 THB (long or double coats incur an additional 250 THB fee).

Located off Sukhumvit Soi 39 in the Watthana and Khlong Tan Nuea district, Trail and Tail sits within one of Bangkok's most upscale and densely populated urban neighborhoods. Known as a major residential hub for both affluent locals and expatriates, the surrounding Phrom Phong and Thonglor areas are famous for high-end condominiums, luxury lifestyle malls such as EmQuartier and Emporium, international gourmet supermarkets, and a vast array of chic restaurants and cafes.
