The Strand Thonglor

The Strand Thonglor is an ultra-luxury freehold mixed-use condominium at the entrance to Thonglor on Sukhumvit 55, Bangkok. Developed by One.Six Development with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation, the 30-storey project was completed in 2021 and contains 188 residential units, with commercial space on lower floors and residences on floors 6–26.

Homes range from one-bedroom units of about 48.1–55 square metres to two-bedroom residences, duplexes and three-bedroom penthouses of about 184.2 square metres. Luxury. Sale prices are listed from ฿13,990,000 to ฿113,000,000, with another project profile listing ฿15,500,000 to ฿113,000,000. Rents are listed from ฿65,000 to ฿350,000 per month. The original launch price was from ฿330,000 per square metre, or about ฿16,500,000.

The building occupies the entrance to Thonglor, a lively central Bangkok neighborhood known for stylish cafés, restaurants, nightlife, boutiques, clinics and international residents. Its two access points connect Sukhumvit Soi 55 and Soi 57.

Nearby points include Bamee Kon Sae Lee about 40 metres away, Branemark Dental Implant Clinic about 20 metres away, 7-Eleven about 80 metres away, and local shops within roughly 170–220 metres. From BTS Thong Lo, use the station exit toward Sukhumvit Soi 55 and walk approximately 150 metres, rounded to 5 minutes. The building stands at the mouth of Thonglor Road, with access from both Sukhumvit Soi 55 and Soi 57.

By car or taxi, follow Sukhumvit Road to the Thonglor intersection and enter Sukhumvit 55; the project is at the beginning of the soi. Automated parking is available on site.
