Tait Sathorn 12

Tait Sathorn 12 is a 40-story luxury high-rise condominium project developed by a joint venture between Raimon Land and Tokyo Tetsumono. Located on Sathorn Soi 12, in the heart of Bangkok's central business district, the project was completed in 2023. It boasts a distinctive exterior design with full-height glass windows and over 2,000 square meters of extensive sky-high amenities spread across multiple floors, including a chlorine-free swimming pool, children's pool, fitness center, meeting room, multi-purpose lounge, sky garden, and is pet-friendly.

The project can be reached by taking the BTS Skytrain to Saint Louis station and then walking into Soi Sathorn 12, which is approximately 3-5 minutes away (about 180 meters).
