The interior maintains an open layout where guests place orders on the ground floor before seating is provided across the upper floors, requiring a walk up the stairs. Large windows and warm lighting create a welcoming backdrop for casual meals or quiet coffee breaks.

The culinary focus centers entirely on daily handcrafted sourdough bread baked on-site throughout the day. The menu highlights heavy artisan sandwiches packed with fresh meats, vegetables, and cheeses, alongside breakfast options, soups, and vegetarian choices. Complementing the baked goods are a full coffee bar utilizing various plant milks, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies.
