Pla Too is a pied French bulldog with a face like a worried little mackerel, which is how he got his name. He wheezes up the stairs of our Thonglor townhouse and demands applause at the top. He adores the cool floor of the café downstairs and gives everyone his best head tilt. Hot afternoons mean strictly indoor life and a fan pointed at him.
