Spotted: well-groomed ginger cat on Soi 33

I have seen a ginger and white cat for three evenings in a row near the garden of a townhouse at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 33. He looks well fed and has soft, clean fur, so I think he is a missing house cat, not a stray. He sits near the gate and watches the street. He is wary of me and ran when I got close.
